Shipping Updates and FAQs

    • We have been experiencing longer than normal shipping times, primarily with international shipping, please be patient and know that we strive to ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it. 
    • All items are shipped from our retail store in beautiful downtown White Sulphur Springs, WV. (We have NEVER utilized a fulfillment center.)
    • This is the ONLY online shop for Barnwood Living (AKA: Barnwood Builders from the DIY Network show.
    • We are a small company and are so thankful that you all are supporting us on this crazy adventure. If for some reason you purchase something that you do not love or simply does not work for you, please email us at store@barnwoodliving.com and we will assist you in the return/exchange process. 
    • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges. 
    • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the USA), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
    • If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to the USA, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Barnwood Living.
